牛奶炖蛋:蛋一粒,牛奶3/4杯,糖
蔬菜鸡丝粥
蔬菜鸡丝粥:胡萝卜,鸡丝,粥
胡萝卜:去皮擦成丝
鸡丝:鸡肉(chicken tender)放入锅内略烫捞出,切丝
粥:电饭锅煮好备用
制作:三样财料放入锅内略滚就可以吃了

樱桃番茄,
黑莓子
今晚的汤清甜可口,LG都说没喝过酱好喝的汤。酱夸张?
蕃茄蛋是我的最爱,好吃,易煮,便宜!

黑莓子,超爱吃!吃了十五粒还要!

-served over white rice
